Refund policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you had in mind & so we do offer full monetary refunds within 10 days of receiving your order. After this 10 day period, we can offer a store credit or an exchange, up to the 14 day mark of receiving the product.  

Please note, the item you wish to return must be unused, clean, intact and exactly how received. SAGE AVE PTY LTD  reserves the right to review the order before issuing a refund or exchange and must meet above standards.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sageave.com.au with your order number & reason for return. More information on this return will then be provided by an email back. 

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Items purchased on sale are final sales. 

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
